I had a arthrodesis three years ago and Fitflop shoes were recommended to me by my physiotherapist. I recently purchased two pairs in your recent sale. However I felt one pair was a second hand returned pair as one lace was tied differently and there were hairs on the sole. When I reported this you asked for a picture but I had already worn the shoes and this was not possible. I haven't heard anything further. Celeste Malec.

Very comfortable

Wasn't sure at first - the leather looked hard,but after wearing them once I was delighted! They are comfortable, easy to get on and off and look good.

Fit Flop RALLY

Hello Fitflop, I need to preface my comments with a note, that I have two pairs of Fitflop shoes that I am very happy with, the fabric takkies and the Fisherman sandals. Which is why I confidently bought the RALLY shoes on line. Unfortunately, I am not happy with them, they look and feel very hard and ungainly. If I did not know better, I would think they are made of plastic. I did expect a more finessed shoe made of a softer leather. As I recently had a foot operation i thought the Velcro straps would make putting on shoes easier - this is the case but unfortunately i do not feel comfortable wearing them all the time.
