RETURNS POLICY

If your shoes are Unsuitable or just not what you expected we offer Free returns and exchanges within 10 days of purchase for items over R999, R100 for products under R999.

Please note Sale items do not qualify for refunds only exchanges and store credit as they are final sale items.

Due to high shipping costs we cannot offer free returns on sale items. We charge R100 for a return that leads to a store credit and R200 for an exchange. This is purely to cover the courier costs.

Returns logged after 10 day period we charge:

Return for refund  - R100 for collection

Exchange – R200 for collection and delivery

  • Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.
  • Log a return by email to us at by filling in the form below
  • We will collect the product from you in accordance with terms set out below
  • Please inform us If the collection address differs from the original delivery address
  • Once we have inspected the product and validated your return, we will exchange the item or process a refund
  • Please note that refunds can take 5 – 10 working days to reflect in your account
  • Please ensure the item is in it's original packaging and undamaged. If the packaging has been damaged due to  negligence, R100 will be deducted from your refund to cover the cost of replacing the items packaging.

 

 

We offer a full credit on all purchases made, but under certain conditions. We invite you to read the conditions explained in more detail below, in order to see the condition that applies to your situation, while following the correct procedure.

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, we will pass a full credit within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and with a valid invoice.

After the standard 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts and bonus items that came with the product. If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

Refunds

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your account or original payment method within 2 working days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of standard delivery will also be refunded.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if applicable):

  • Products with obvious signs of use
  • Any article that is not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons that are not due to our error; and
  • Any article returned more than 30 days after delivery

Late or missing refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly first check your bank account.
Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is cleared.

If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

Sale items

We do not currently offer free returns on sale items. The charge for a return resulting in a refund is R85 and the charge for an exchange is R130. Sale items have to be returned within 7 days of purchase.

 

Not what you ordered?

Apologies! If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you free of charge. Once we have inspected the product we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available), or refund you if that is your preference.

Defective products

We do our best to ensure that the products we send to you are of a high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product.

The following are not regarded as defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange:

  • Faults resulting from normal wear and tear
  • Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product
  • Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product
  • Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product
  • Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you

Returns

We offer one free return or exchange per sale. Subsequent returns or exchanges are R85 per item courier cost in each direction.

Delivery Information

Delivery takes place via third party courier companies that we deem fit; Standard deliveries take place 09:00 – 17:00 on weekdays
