Shoes too scratchy

I asked them to collect, they arrange courier but then I landed in hospital sisck.
I then arrange and they released a ticket to pick up order. I love fitflop shoes and would love to swop for skinni ii black. I am getting very worried, cause have send multiple emails and get responds but they do not come fetch the school.

the sandals pattern was too big. submitted an online return and exchange immediately after receiving my item, but no answer until i phoned in person on the 01/12/2023 and the collection was only today 05/12/2023.
