Shipping

If you select the Standard shipping option, delivery will be within 2 - 5 working days depending on the delivery location.

You will recieve an email with your waybill and tracking details.

Most shipments require a signature once you recieve the parcel. You can have someone sign on your behalf if you are not available at the time.

Delivery takes place via third party courier companies that we deem fit; Standard deliveries take place 09:00 – 17:00 on weekdays. Should you have any questions regarding these terms please email us at onlinesupport@fitflop.co.za.

We aren't able to take payment and place the order over the phone but we will be more than happy to guide you through the process and ensure your order is successful.

Unfortunately we are unable to cancel or amend any orders once they have been placed.

All the shoes that we have available are on our website and can be added to the shopping bag. If you’re unable to add a pair to your shopping bag after selecting the size then it means that this item is currently not in stock.

Yes you can, you can find gift cards available in the footer of the website or simple serach Gift Cards.

We do not currently sell replacement insoles or laces.

General

The uppers on our footwear can be cleaned and protected with any product* that is designed for use on the upper material (e.g. a product designed for leather may not be suitable for suede/nubuck).

Please follow the product’s directions carefully. For the best results we advise that spills and stains are treated as quickly as possible. *Please note that the use of a cleaner/water repellent/protector may change the colour of the leather, suede, nubuck or other materials and we recommend that you test a small inconspicuous area before applying product to the whole shoe. In addition, we can make no guarantee that use of such a product will restore your shoes to their original condition or won’t alter them in some way.

For example, some materials, such as suede, nubuck and canvas, are particularly tricky to clean – so ultimately, the only way to ensure they stay pristine is to prevent them from getting dirty or wet.

We recommend our footwear for daily walking/strolling/non-sport use.

We believe FitFlop footwear is best worn as nature intended (socks or bare feet), however, we suggest you bring it to the attention of your podiatrist and follow their advice. Please remember that any additional feature may alter the way that your shoes behave and feel.

If you have any health concerns which you suspect may be aggravated by wearing FitFlop shoes, and/or experience any discomfort as a result of wearing them, then we advise you to consult a medical practitioner before starting or continuing to wear your shoes.

Returns

If you are unhappy with the product that you have purchased from us, we will pass a full credit within 30 days of purchase provided that the product is returned unused, in its original packaging and with a valid invoice. After the standard 30 day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in their original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, labels, free gifts and bonus items that came with the product.

If the article is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on your original method of payment excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced).

If you haven’t received a refund yet, kindly first check your bank account. Then contact your bank, as it may take some time before your refund is cleared.If you have done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at onlinesupport@fitflop.co.za.

We do not currently offer free returns on sale items. The charge for a return resulting in a refund is R65 and the charge for an exchange is R170. Sale items have to be returned within 7 days of purchase.

Apologies! If we accidentally deliver the wrong product to you or if the product is not as described on the website (or if it is missing any accessories), please notify us and we will collect the product from you free of charge. Once we have inspected the product we will, at your choice, deliver the correct product to you as soon as possible (if the correct product is available), or refund you if that is your preference.

We do our best to ensure that the products we send to you are of a high quality and without defects. A defect is a material imperfection in the manufacture of a product or any characteristic of a product.The following are not regarded as defects and will not qualify for a return or exchange:Faults resulting from normal wear and tear. Damage arising from negligence, user abuse or incorrect usage of the product. Damage arising from a failure to adequately care for the product. Damage arising from unauthorised alterations to the product. Where the specifications of a product, although accurately described on the website and generally fit for its intended purpose, do not suit you.
