Communication

I received my order and absolutely loved the shoes. However they were too small. I emailed your company about an exchange for the same shoe but in a size 5.5. I received a reply stating that a ticket has been issued for an exchange and that someone would contact me within 24 hours. This was 10 days ago and I am still waiting to be contacted.

I have been wearing your shoes for many years and I love them. I am hoping that this matter will be resolved as soon as possible.
